About Us

Praizin’ Hands Puppet Group was set up in 2003 in Hythe, Southampton. We originally set up a youth team called ‘Little Hands’ who lead church services and take part in community fun days. In 2004 we started leading school assemblies and so an adult team was set up so we could do this and reach out to more schools. The adult team is called ‘Big Hands’ and they put on puppet presentations in schools, care homes, pre-schools and Toddler groups to share the Christmas and Easter stories. In 2007, a new team was set up called the ‘PSHE Schools project team’ and this team put on presentations on secular social issues on a wide range of topics helping children and young people to make the right choices in their lives.
